Will the item I receive look exactly as pictured?

Inherent to the nature of all handcrafted items are subtle variations in color, size, and shape. These variations let you know that an artisan was truly “hands-on” in creating a unique work of art and should be considered part of what makes your purchase special.

Are the dimensions listed in the product descriptions exact?

Due to the handcrafted nature of the items, dimensions in the product descriptions should be regarded as approximate.

How should I care for my handcrafted jewelry?

Your jewelry should be the last thing you put on. Please avoid applying hairspray or perfume while wearing your handmade jewelry and avoid other cosmetics that may discolor or damage your jewelry.

Jewelry should be cleaned with a soft cloth when necessary.

Tarnished silver jewelry may be cleaned with a tarnish remover specifically designed for silver jewelry. Silver jewelry that has intentional oxidation, patina, or enamel should not be cleaned with silver cleaner, because the surface color or finish can be damaged.

Porous stones, pearls, beads, shell, resin, wood, concrete, cork, porcelain, and glass should not be submerged in jewelry cleaner.
